Blink is your ride-hailing app. Book trips, track your driver, pay in-app, and manage your account from one place.

Availability depends on your city and service coverage. Open the home map — if you can set a pickup, rides are available in that area.

Yes. Downloading and creating an account is free. You only pay for rides and other paid services you use.

You can change language in Account settings when multiple languages are enabled for your city.

Open the app and sign up with your phone number or email. Verify with the one-time code we send, then complete your profile.

Go to Account → Account & Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.

Open Account → Account & Security and turn on biometric unlock. You can then sign back in after logout without typing your password.

Open Account → Profile (Basic Info), edit the field, and save. You may need to verify the new contact with a code.

Open Account → Account & Security → Device Management to see this device and sign out other sessions.

Open Account → Account & Security → Delete Account, then confirm with the verification code. You can cancel during the grace period by signing in again.

Open Account → Account & Security → Connected accounts, then connect a provider. You can disconnect later unless it is your only sign-in method.

Set pickup and drop-off, choose a vehicle type, review the fare estimate, then confirm. We match you with a nearby driver.

Yes, where scheduled rides are enabled. Choose a future pickup time when booking, then track or manage it from your trips.

When booking, add an extra stop if the option is shown. On some trips you can also update the route after the ride starts, subject to fare changes.

Open the active trip and choose Cancel. Fees may apply after a driver is assigned or after waiting time starts.

Track the driver on the live map. If they are very late, contact them from the trip screen or cancel and request again. Support can help via My Tickets.

Open the active trip and use Share trip (when available) to send live status to a trusted contact.

After the trip ends, rate the ride and leave optional feedback. Ratings help keep the platform safe and reliable.

Depending on your city: wallet balance, mobile money (such as M-Pesa), and saved cards. Choose a method before confirming the trip.

Open Wallet or Payment methods, add a card through the secure checkout flow, or remove a saved card from the same screen.

Cancellation fees may apply when a driver has already been assigned or has waited at pickup. Fee rules are shown in the app when you cancel.

Open Trip history, select the completed trip, and view or download the receipt. Receipts may also be emailed when that option is enabled.

Open Wallet, choose Top up, enter an amount, and pay with an available method. The balance updates once payment succeeds.

Yes. Select Wallet as the payment method when booking if your balance covers the fare.

Pull to refresh Wallet. If it still looks wrong, open Help → My Tickets with the payment reference so we can reconcile it.

Check the vehicle plate, model, and driver photo on the trip screen before you board. Share the trip if you want a contact to follow along.

Use local emergency services immediately if you are in danger. You can also report the trip afterward from Help → My Tickets.

Open Help & Support → My Tickets, choose a safety-related category if available, and describe what happened. Include the trip ID when possible.

Open Help & Support → My Tickets to submit a new ticket or follow up on an existing one.

Most tickets get a first reply within our service hours. Urgent safety issues are prioritized.

Open Help & Support and choose Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions. They are loaded from our CMS pages.

Check your internet connection, update the app, then force-close and reopen. If it continues, send a ticket with your phone model and a screenshot.
